What we cannot help with

We are not the publisher, developer or support team of any game, including Raid: Shadow Legends. We have no access to game accounts, purchases or refunds. For those, use the official support site of the game or store involved.

Please do not send passwords, two-step codes, card numbers or copies of identity documents. We will never ask for them.

Getting a useful reply

For a correction, include the address of the page, the step or sentence concerned, and what you see instead, including your operating system and version if the step involves a menu. For a privacy request, say what you are asking for and, if it concerns server logs, the approximate date and time of your visit and the IP address you used, so the entries can be found.
